The great and the meh
The breakfast was excellent, served with friendly hospitality. The charming antiques throughout the property provided a unique touch, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby shops and the lake.
The exterior of the property could use some maintenance, as it seemed a bit worn. Some areas lacked sufficient seating options, which made socializing a bit challenging at times.

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake with fantastic value for money. The place could use some attention, especially with the housekeeping situation, as we returned to unmade beds and garbage left behind. Make sure to check if cleaning is being done during your stay.

Beautiful home and great location!
The room was in dire need of updates, especially the rusty bathroom shelf and cracked flooring. I felt rushed by the host despite her seeming friendliness, which was incredibly off-putting. Given the high prices during the Peach Festival, this stay was not worth the expense at all.

Had a fantastic time with my friends at this charming place! We explored the stunning views of Lake Ontario and enjoyed some great meals in town. The staff were super welcoming, and the breakfast was top-notch.
We did find the sleep quality could've been better since it could be a bit noisy at times, especially if you're a light sleeper.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy Quadruple Room and the delicious breakfast that set me up for the day! There’s a lovely garden area perfect for relaxing and another chill space to unwind. The only hiccup was getting ahold of someone before I arrived, but it didn’t take away from the great experience. 🌼

great location but some noise issues
The location near the lake was stunning! The Arbour Room had a delightful ambiance. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast—each item tasted fresh and full of flavor. I especially loved the option of coffee and tea available throughout the day, which made my stay even better. The view of the lake was a highlight, providing a serene backdrop for my trip.
Noise from the street could be bothersome at times, especially at night.

Charming stay with a great location
I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room, perfectly located just steps from the lake and the heart of town. The decor was full of character, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities available to guests, like coffee machines and games. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the breakfast offered a delightful selection of options. One area for improvement would be to enhance the soundproofing, as I could hear noises from outside at times.
